BSNL has launched the Web-conferencing service on 01.10.2008 in collaboration with Communication Experts Private Limited (CEPL) with an introductory offer for two months (i.e. upto 30.11.08 as per the following details:
1. No registration fees/ usage charges will be charged for a period of one month from the date of activation to each customer.
2. The offer is available for all BSNL broadband subscribers on a first come first served basis.
The features supported by Web-conferencing are:
- Multipoint Audio and Video Conferencing,
- Power Point Presentation sharing
- File, Document sharing,
- White Board sharing,
- Chat/ IM Facility
- Audio Bridging to Mobile and PSTN phones (if allowed by regulator)
